1. Agreement to Terms

MIM Logistics provides tools and solutions for managing operational processes, including resource coordination, task monitoring, and efficiency improvements.

4. Restricted Activities

Unauthorised access or misuse of the platform.

Interference with system functionalities.

Distribution or replication of proprietary content.

5. Limitation of Liability

MIM Logistics is not responsible for indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of our platform or services.

6. Billing & payment

Billing will be raised on a fortnight basis with the credit period of 15 to 30 days depending upon company profile.

Payment should be done within the credit period of time,else as per MSME Government regulations will take actions accordingly.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms or misuse of the system.
